IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Restoration International Family Retreat Guidelines & Policies

Restoration International is a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and a member of ASI. The Family Retreat focuses on practical instruction for the personal Christian walk, marriage, and family life. By registering for this event, you and your family agree to uphold the values and teachings that are in harmony with the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Please review the following guidelines and policies carefully:

General Policies:

  1. Guardianship of Minors
    You must be the legal guardian of any minor you intend to register and bring to the Family Retreat (NFR). If you are related to the child but do not have legal guardianship, you cannot register or bring them. Minors can only attend with their parents or legal guardians.

  2. Exhibitor Policy
    If you are not registered as an exhibitor, you agree not to share, sell, distribute promotional material, or promote any events that are not part of the official Restoration International organized events.

  3. Pets
    No pets are allowed anywhere within the campground premises.

  4. Restricted Items/Activities
    Skates, skateboards, RipSticks, Hoverboards, and scooters are NOT allowed anywhere within the Wewoka Woods campground.

  5. Check-In Information
    Check-in begins on Wednesday, April 2nd, at 3:00 PM at the main auditorium. Do not arrive earlier than this, as you will not be allowed to pitch a tent, set up in any indoor accommodations, or use any facilities prior to check-in.

  6. Early Registration
    To avoid the higher onsite registration fee of $99.99 per person, it is strongly recommended to register early. Early-bird registration allows you to secure the best rate and avoid the additional fees that apply if you register during the event week.
    If you choose the "Saturday-only" registration but later decide to arrive earlier, you will be charged the onsite rate of $99.99, so please plan ahead.

Lodging & Meals Policy:

  1. Lodging Reservations
    Indoor lodging reservations are per household. Multiple family units cannot share a cabin room or any other indoor accommodations.

  2. Sabbath Meals
    No free meals are provided on Sabbath. Meal tickets must be purchased through the online registration system. No meal tickets will be sold at the event venue.

  3. Meal Ticket Deadline
    The last day to add meals to an existing reservation is March 16, 2025. If possible, please add meals when you first register to avoid delays.

  4. Cafeteria Policy
    Only individuals who have purchased meal tickets are permitted to eat at the cafeteria. No outside food is allowed in the cafeteria.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Window
    You have 7 days from the time of registration to cancel your lodging and meal reservations for a refund. This period includes weekends and public holidays.

    • For example, if you register on Friday, January 24, you have until Friday, January 31 to cancel your reservation and receive a refund on lodging and meals.
  2. Cancellation After February 16
    If you register on or after February 16, lodging and meal reservations are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees
    Registration fees, horseback ride fees, and exhibitor fees are non-refundable at any time, regardless of cancellation.

  • Please note that the Friday evening and Sunday morning programs require a fee to attend. Additionally, no free meals will be provided on Sabbath.

  • You must be the legal guardian in order to register and bring minors to our event.


Registrant Information




  • If you are not planning to ride and are only purchasing tickets for your children, please select "No" when prompted about horseback rides.

    Important: Be sure to add the horseback ride tickets for your children when registering them.



  • Volunteers must be at least 14 years old by the time of the event. No younger volunteers can be accepted.
